If you represent a historical society or own a historic home or property, our specialized Artifact Recovery of Cultural History (ARCH) teams are here to assist. Our ARCH teams will present you with ALL artifacts found on site, with minimal disturbance to the grounds. We take pride in leaving your site pristine, as if we were never there, while uncovering artifacts that reveal the rich history of your property.

Our experienced teams have collaborated with archaeologists from notable sites like Cahokia Mounds and Lavender Farm. We’ve also partnered with historical societies to recover artifacts at significant locations, including the Joseph Sappington House, Thomas Sappington House and Museum, Wildwood Museum, and historic properties in Ste. Genevieve, among others.

Our services are provided at no cost as part of our commitment as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While donations are gratefully accepted to support our mission, they are not required. Donations can be made by check to “GMDC” with “ARCH” noted in the memo line.
